Phase II (Faith View Continuance) with the
construction of more single family homes. |

Construction of single family homes on the Wrightsboro Road
corridor - More development scheduled. |

Linden Square - Senior Housing Apartment Complex |

48-unit gated apartment complex. (1 and 2 Bedrooms)
High quality housing alternative for independent seniors -
Affordable
for all income ranges. |

First Time Homebuyers Program |
| |
Target population is low-to-moderate income families or
individuals who are first time homebuyers. Beneficiaries are
required to attend a comprehensive Homeowner's
Counseling and Training Class. |

Good Works Program |
| |
An initiative started by the Labor Commissioner, Michael
Thurmond
to assist those on TANF (Temporary Assistance to Needy Families)
and receiving food stamps with employment training with local
busi-
nesses. The outcome is for each participant to become
employed
and off TANF. |

| |
Variety of classes, training and seminars for the community.
Most recently imple-
mentation of a drop out prevention program. |

Students About Change (SAC) |
| |
Mission:
"Educate, Empower and Equip Students for Success" After school
program that provides one on one tutoring sessions, computer
labs, self-esteem building workshops, health education, career
fairs, field trips, etc. Tutoring for the SAC Program will take
place on Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday at the Building of
Opportunity from 6:00-7:00 pm |

VITA Tax Program - (Volunteer Income Tax Assistance) |
| |
The VITA Program, in partnership with the Internal Revenue
Service, offers free
tax help to low-to-moderate income individuals who cannot afford
professional
assistance. |
